Clinical HistoryA 77-year-old gentleman presentedwith change of voice for 1 year andassociated with chest discomfort. CTAortography revealed arch of aortaaneurysm measuring approximately5.9cm x 6.5cm x 7.0cm, involving theorigin of the left common carotid artery.
ObjectiveDescribing the technique of thoracicendovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) incombination with chimney grafts(brachiocephalic & left common carotidarteries) and plug occlusion of leftsubclavian artery.

Take Home MessageTEVAR in combination with chimneygraft technique is an efficacious andsafe non-surgical option for patientswith thoracic aortic aneurysm. In thispatient, Thoracic aortic aneurysm wassuccessfully sealed and the great vessels(brachiocephalic and left commoncarotid arteries) were preserved with nocomplications. Review 1 month laterrevealed regression of the aneurysmand recovery of voice.
