RE-ADMITTANCEThere is no re-admittance at NYCB LIVE.
CHILDRENKids over the age of 24 months are required to have a ticket for admission, though some events might require tickets for individuals of any age.
SMOKINGSmoking is prohibited inside the facility. NYCB LIVE is a smoke-free facility.
ENTRANCESFour (4) major entrance gates are located at each end of the building. Gates usually open one (1) hour prior to the start of an event, depending on event requirements.

ELEVATORSThree (3) public elevators, one (1) at the main lobby, which is located at the east side of the building and two (2) at the south side of the building. Passenger/public elevators may not be blocked and are not to be used to transport equipment or freight.
RESTROOMSRestrooms are located on all levels, in each quadrant and equipped to meet the needs of all guests, including guests with disabilities. There are also family restrooms available on all general public access levels.
