innacle is responsible for creating the 3D BIM PModel of Club House for Tata Housing, consisting of 5 floors at LOD 300. The purpose
of construction is to produce clash free coordinated model for Tata Housing Development. The estimated cost of construction is around 4450 USD.
Scope of Work
Our scope of work for the project included development of LOD 300 model of the Club House for Architecture (Partition Wall, Flooring, Floor Finish, Ceiling, Door, Window, Glazed Structure, Curtain Wall), Structure (Beam, Column, Wall, Slab, Bricks) & MEP trades. We have raised RFI's, prepared the model, generated clash report and resolved clashes after confirmation from client and consultant.

Trades Covered: Architecture, Structure & MEP
Software Used: Revit - 2015 & Navis 2015
LOD: 300
Pinnacle’s Value Addition
We have raised 18+ RFIS and resolved 7 Clashes pertaining to design issues including Marked beam depth mismatch between plan & section, the ceiling elevation mismatch with elevation tag given in plan as per section detail, ceiling height clash with structural beam and slab in kitchen area, kitchen floor elevations different in two drawing, architectural section mismatch with structural
Challenges & Solutions
Design Issues: We have to work with design changes made for ceiling issue and opening space.
Solution: We have raised some RFIs to the client regarding co-ordination issue to fix up the ceiling elevation. We have communicated with the client and architectural consultant and resolved the issue by changing design, finally delivering the model with MEP co-ordination.

Project Speciality
Material Uniqueness: Material used in the model are taken from provided drawing legend.
section, marked cutout clashing with beam, external column size mismatch between plan & column schedule, columns showing in architectural drawing plan but not present in structural drawing, clash between concrete beam and ceiling, architectural drawing showing loft slab thickness as 100mm whereas structural drawing showing 75mm, layout mismatch of ceiling - ceiling plan showing ceiling height as 2575mm along grid B-1'CB whereas detailed drawing showing the marked ceiling along grid B-CB, two different ceiling elevation, mismatch of beam position between framing layout & architectural section drawing, ceiling cove clashing with beam at ground floor level in female toilet, mismatch between structural & architectural drawing for column SP10A & beam at 12700 mm level along grid 1-4CB - structural drawing showing column SP10A placed below 12700 mm level & no beam at 12700 mm level. Our coordinated BIM model helped our client to check possible interference among building systems before construction, thus getting better project planning.
