HR-on-Loan: Providing On-Site HR Support for Your Company

How do Human Resources Managers cover their own time away from the office? It’s relatively easy for an employer to bring in temporary help to cover the absence of a non-exempt administrative, production, or manufacturing position or to delegate portions of these jobs to other employees. But due to the highly contextual and confidential nature of the HR professional position, finding a reliable substitute is a daunting task.

An HR Manager is responsible for handling extremely sensitive information, from confidential medical leaves and accommodations to employee disputes and internal investigations. There are myriad legal requirements that must be complied with in addition to a company’s own internal policies and procedures. Clearly, this is not a position that is easily filled by just anyone.

SDEA offers an invaluable service for companies seeking temporary HR support: “HR-on-Loan.” We provide an HR professional to work onsite at your company, effectively filling in for a leave of absence of any length, whether for an extended vacation, specific project work, or for companies that are in between HR Managers or undergoing transition. By utilizing SDEA’s HR-on-Loan service, you can be assured that the confidential nature of the HR Manager position will be respected and upheld, allowing for a smooth transition at both ends of this critical period.
