This wallconstruction could be concreteblock or structural timber stud wallas drawn.

Party Wall - A small section of thiswall forms the garden boundarywith the neighbouring property.New cavity wall construction withsmall amount of insulationthroughout will improve comfortlevels in the garden store. Exactdesign and location of theboundary wall to be confirmed withneighbours and Structural Engineerconsulted regarding foundationdesign if necessary.
