6. Viewing the Store Groups assigned to you
When you first run the Auditor app you probably will not yet have been assigned any stores to audit. In that
case you will see this message. You should contact your Skemaz Administrator
responsible for managing the Designer app for assistance

12. Selecting a Store Group
Depending on your internet connection speed, on moving from one screen to another, data are loaded to and from
the server using your internet connection.
This can sometimes take a second or two and while the data are being
shunted up and down you will see a spinning progress wheel telling you that data transfers are taking place.

13. Selecting a Store Group
This is an example of the Auditor app on a 4th generation iPod Touch rotated
to landscape mode.
The various elements of the screen dynamically adjust to "best-fit" the available screen resolution of the
device's browser window.

This is an example of the colours of a “Started”, “Not Started” and “Complete” Store respectively within a Store Group.

16. Filtering the Stores list
A store list is displayed in 'Tile' view sorted alphabetically by store name. By default all stores in the group are shown. Tap this filter button to toggle from showing only started audits, audits not started and back to all stores.

17. Setting a Store’s Geo-location
Tap a store name. If the selected store has no geographic location details this pop-up will appear. If you are just browsing stores tap "No". Otherwise if you are at the store’s physical address tap "Yes" to set the store's geo-location (longitude and latitude) to your current location. This is a “once-only” exercise per store (unless the Designer deletes the store’s longitude and latitude data).

46. Automatically Answering Product Questions for a Schematic
• After answering questions for products that have issues, it would be a waste of the merchandiser's time to have to repetitively answer questions for each other product where they are all in the same condition.
• So say for example all the rest of the products in the selected schematic are all correctly stocked and are without issues.
• The merchandiser would answer one of the remaining products with a "model answer".

50. Manually Setting the Next Visit Date
The merchandiser can be instructed to set the Next Visit Date or alternatively the dates can be imported as explained in "Creating your own import file".If the status of a Store is "Complete" and the Visit Date is changed then the store's status will be changed back to "Not Started".This also happens when next visit dates are imported in the Designer app.
