Using the Print Icon in an Application
From within an application you can click the Print icon. This will print
the entire document.
Using the Tool Bar in an Application
For Word2000 and other Microsoft
Office Applications
You can click File, then select Print from the
drop down menu.
Using the Tool Bar in an Application
The Print dialog box will pop-up. In this box you
can choose to print all the pages. This the default setting.
You can chose to print the Current
page or just selected pages.
You can also chose to print more than one
copy.

With a document
active, You can also print the document by pressing the CTL key and while holding
it down pressing the P
key.

Printing directly from a folder
Windows has a time-saving
feature that lets print documents directly from any
folder.
Right-click the My Computer
icon. Then select and click
Explore.

any folder. Right-click the file, then select Print from the pop-up menu.

Windows will launch the
application that created the
document, send the document to the printer, and then both the document and the application
will close.
