Are you “living” the Fundamentals as a senior leadership team?

Regardless of the signs on the wall or what you say at the all-employee meeting, your people learn the “real” culture by looking at the example set by the senior leadership team. While the Fundamentals Leadership Work-shop is focused on helping managers and supervisors increase their skill in using the Fundamentals to coach their teams, this work-shop is specifically targeted to increasing the effectiveness of the Senior Leadership Team.

Offered in collaboration with the the nationally renowned training company, Take Flight Learning, this program is offered as a full-day workshop. You’ll learn how practicing your Fundamentals can help you to move from a “senior leadership group” to a “high perform-ing team” by addressing such topics as: personality issues, silos, communication breakdowns, meeting management, account-ability, and alignment.
