2011 Camp SESSIoNSUS Sports Camps and Nike Sports Camps are proud to welcome back Seattle University to our family of summer basketball camps.

Directing the camps this summer is Joan Bonvicini and the Seattle U. Women’s Basketball staff.

Complete Skills: This program is intended to help play-ers develop athletically. The individual camp is a great opportunity for young basketball players looking to develop and refine their fundamental basketball skills. This program also includes a curriculum for intermedi-ate/ advanced players looking to enhance their skill set at the post, wing, or guard position. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, shooting, offensive moves, defense, rebounding, team play, and more.

CAMP DIRECTORJoan Bonvicini

Directing the camp program is Joan Bonvicini. Coach Bonvicini is one of the most successful coaches in women’s collegiate basketball history, and is the former head coach at University of Arizona and Long Beach State.

The veteran head coach enters her second season at Seattle

University behind an all-time 618-318 (.660) record and is 26th on the NCAA all-time wins list for women’s college basketball at all levels. She became the 18th coach in NCAA Division I women’s basketball history to reach the 600-win mark in February 2007. The Redhawk head coach also boasts 20 20-win seasons over her historic coaching career.

Staff will be rounded out with SU Women’s Basketball staff, local high school coaches, and Redhawk Student-Athletes.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION• Can be purchased for $35 per camp session• With cancellation protection purchase, cancel by your Camp Tuition “balance due“ date (see above) and receive a refund of all Camp Tuition payments made• If you cancel after your Camp Tuition “balance due” date, you will receive a camp credit for your tuition fees paid, good for an immediate family member and can be used for any US Sports Camp• Camp credits are valid through 2012
