Sacrificial Giving: May has become the month when we say thank you and sacrificially give back, since 2011, where God blessed us in May with $150,200 to pay off our building debt. This year, we need $15,000 more to reach our goal. This is, however, further ahead than last year (needed $18,000) or 2013 (needed $22,000). Committee to Choose Nominating Committee: It’s getting close to that time again! Please see insert.Choir: Ross Sobrera is gathering a choir to sing on Friday night, December 4th, for "A Festival of Lessons and Carols: An Advent Celebration," here in our Sanctuary. If you'd like to join the choir and share your voice, singing classic Christmas music for our church and wider community, please email Ross at [email protected]. The first rehearsal will be May 30th, 1-4 pm, in the Sanctuary.Summer Youth Friday Night: Friday Night Youth group will meet every 2nd and 4th Sabbaths in June and July. We encourage you to continue to worship with your family. Please email the church and Pastor Nate will be sending organized 1hr worship resources for your family. Friday night Schedule: June 12th, June 26th, July 10th, July 24th. Weekly schedule resumes August.Sprouts: Children’s Ministry Event: Allan Malaguit is planning a very exciting event for our children that will take place on June 6, 2-4pm here in the Social Hall! The spiritual growth in our kids is very important to us! Sprouts: Growing in Jesus!Children’s Story-tellers Gatering: will take place on June 17th, 7-8pm at the Ricketts Home. Anyone who is interested in story-telling is welcome. Tree Project: We are in need of a chainsaw or two and people who know how to use it. Please contact the church office if you are able to help.
