A. Title of the Innovation proposal:
Development of Trivenisangam as a tourist Place at Sangameshwar - Rajura, Amravati.
B. Project Description:
As an area, Sangameshwar is not well developed so they are suffering from many
problems like - lack of job opportunities, lack of knowledge about business and due
to lack of services the villagers have to migrate to nearby cities. To develop
Sangameshwar as a tourist place by the traditional way, to give the employment
opportunity to the nearby villagers and to develop the nearer area as well as
empowering the women’s strength. The main objective of these project to
empowering the women and employment to villagers, these will indirectly increases
the economical condition of the area and make the village independently sustainable.
The area is full of naturally gifted but there is no proper landmark to trace that place
and there is no good transportation facility, the lining of the water body is the
essential task for us and to build small type of dam to store the water for the further
use. The market need of that project is huge because not only it will provide economy
but will also provide Sangameshwar as at that level of developed cities. As tourist
industry is depended upon the career area, accommodation, food, beverage services,
recreation, entertainment, travel services, transportation.
Innovative solution for Development of Trivenisangam as a tourist Place at
Sangameshwar is to make Accommodation facility. In the construction of rest
houses and hotels, the construction is done from locally available material and gives
it traditional, ancient look which is disappearing day by day. The method of cooking
food is traditional, that means they are cook on muddy stove. Three river meets at
single point is rarely seen and there is also ancient temple which is the centre of
attraction. To enhance the spot, we are placing the monuments of Lord Mahadev
below the water fall. Shrubs, bushes and trees makes the place more oxygenated,
planting more trees makes the area fresh. Based on the involvement or contribution,
employment opportunities in tourism and hospitality sectors can be created either
directly or indirectly. Direct employment opportunities include the total number of
job opportunity supported by travel and tourism. Sample jobs include: Adventure
tour guide, Cook, Sales coordinator, Supervisory jobs, Management position,
Development to address the problem.
Technology will be adopted and implemented at Trivenisangam as a tourist Place
is as follows:
a) Proper lining of all three rivers with the help of proper survey.
b) Accommodation resort are made by natural resources as cow dung , wood, soil,

mud etc. Huts will be constructed in dome shape so that there will be natural
ventilation and light will be natural ventilation and light will be available. By using
cow dung being as construction material disease prevention can also be done.
c) To make that place more oxygenated there will be plantation of different trees,
shrubs. (i.e. Tulsi, Amla, Nim) and also medicinal plants will be planted like
Turmeric, Bel, Ginning so that it will also provide some income.
d) Tunnel journey: It is a concept like a short film in which we will show the stories
of personalities which are helpful to make people socially aware.
e) Solar panels are used to produce electricity; turbines are also use, rainwater
harvesting, use of waste produced adopted from villagers.
To develop Sangameshwar as a tourist place by the traditional way, to give the
employment opportunity to the nearby villagers- Rajura, Bhiltek, Ekpala, Tonglabad
etc thereby to develop the nearer area as well as empowering the women’s strength.
The main objective of these project to empowering the women and employment to
villagers, these will indirectly increases the economical condition of the area and
make the village independently sustainable.
