Roxie’s Ramblings

On the first day of Christmas….oh wait, todays the 4th day of our Stuff Your Stocking promotion.

Have you been filling your stocking?!?! Our elves sure have been busy so you must be liking what

we’ve picked out for you. Today’s is Kimberbell’s newest items-what’s not to like! There are quite a

few new additions to our calendar, with some additional classroom open sew days. You asked for

them and we listened!

We also added Embroidery Sew Days where you will be able to work on your ME projects in our

classroom! These are the same weekend as Kimberbell Klub and are a perfect opportunity to work on

the bench pillows or anything where you might have questions as staff will be available. Kimberbell

Klub continues to grow and have a strong following, which we love to see! Keep those cute ideas &

embroidery projects shared to our Red-Roxy Rockstars FB group and at Klub meetings. What is Red-

Roxy Rockstars? Our private Facebook group to share what’s under your needle!

Speaking of embroidery, embroidery club is alive and well also! The projects have been inspiring

and it’s sew much fun to see you share what you’ve made. The embroidery lab is a great day to work

on those projects in case you need help and is available to anyone in the club.

We’re excited about the new 4 Series BERNINA sewing machines. The 480 was introduced this fall

it’s been very well received. The rest of the line will be following in 2019, with the 475 Quilter’s

Edition arriving in January, followed up by the 435 in March. These make great class/retreat or

second machines with an attractive price point, full shank presser feet, thread cutter and, my favorite,

the jumbo bobbin!

Thank you for supporting Red-Roxy Quilt Co! We really appreciate each and every one of you.

Here’s to a great 2019 sewing year and we’ll see you soon. Happy Sewing! Roxie

machine embroidery techniques and features to help you gain confidence in your machine

embroidery skills and to help you feel comfortable going home and tackling your projects.

We’ll work through a PowerPoint Presentation, stopping to work through the segments as

needed to understand the technique & steps being shown. All of the class documents will be

provided via DropBox at the beginning of each month. As a bonus offer to you for signing up

for the whole year of classes, we will offer you a FREE embroidery Lab day where you can

work on the project and we will be available to help you. With this club format, you will be

able to decide which projects you want to complete in full, use your own stash fabrics on or

just make a sample to learn the embroidery technique. If you miss a month, you will still re-

ceive the class materials, including the free embroidery design.
