As consultant to this a native wildlife zoo on a 25 hectare site within the urban area of the southern Gold Coast, Ross provided strategic advice for the Sanctuary, which had experienced a decline in tourist numbers and revenue over the recent years, to enable the revitalisation of the Sanctuary. He recommended and obtained development approvals for new facilities. He also obtained approvals facilitating disposal of non-core assets and planning for total redevelopment of under - utilised assets.
