Robbinsville High School 2015 Senior Trip

GENERAL GUIDELINESNo raised voices in the airport or on the plane. All students must strictly follow the directions of their assigned chaperone. ( Each room will be given a designated chaperone)
Please have your student I.D.s for the plane. If eighteen (18), years of age you must have a driver’s license and/or valid passport. Make sure you have a school I.D. (if you are under 18 years old) or valid NJ Driver’s License (if you are 18 or older) for the airplane check-in process.
Students who are 18 or over who do not bring a government-issued driver’s license to the airport and/or passport will not be allowed to board the plane. They will have to be picked up by a parent and no refund will be given.
GENERAL GUIDELINES TWO PIECES OF LUGGAGE PER
STUDENT (Luggage tags will be provided)
One is for your clothes, and will be checked underneath the plane.
Each bag must NOT exceed 62 inches in overall dimensions and can NOT exceed 50 pounds
The second can be a book bag or backpack, and will be carried onto the plane by you. This bag must NOT exceed 24 inches
A pocketbook, or personal item of the like, does not count in the above total.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Place all liquid products (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste) in the bag you will check under the plane. There is still a ban on bringing any liquid containers over 3 oz in your carry-on bag.
If you MUST bring one of these items in your carry-on bag, make sure it is placed in a ONE QUART zip top bag, and is NO MORE THAN 3 oz (travel size).
For example, razors for shaving, (“Bic” or “Gillette” type are fine), must be in your checked bag.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Sharp objects (nail clippers, scissors, tweezers, and pocketknives) must be packed in your checked bag. Failure to do this may result in loss of the object at airport check in!
Room keys and park hopper tickets (wrist bands) will be your responsibility. There will be no access to the hotel during the day, unless students are escorted by a chaperone.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Students must adhere to all school policies while on this trip. All school rules and consequences will apply.
Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the school or hotel. Please lock up all valuable items or carry them with you at all times. It is suggested that any pieces of valuable jewelry remain at home.
CURFEW
You must report to your rooms at the designated times each night and prepare for room check.
You may not leave your rooms until 6 am the following morning.
In case of an emergency throughout the night, contact one of the chaperones immediately.
SPEACIAL NOTE
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PRESET GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE TRIP AT THE COST OF THE INDIVIDUAL!

Self Administration
• Can my child carry and take medication by themselves?
• No, the nurse is the only person on the trip who can administer medication to your child
Exceptions
• Inhaler• Benadryl• Epipen• Topical Acne Medication-I will collect
and hold the Acne Medication until we get to Florida. Once in Disney I will dispense the topical acne medication to your child so they can self apply during the trip.

We will report to Disney All Star Movie Resort immediately after arrival to Orlando. Students will be given room assignment and keys. Depending on the time, activities will be decided as group for the evening.
