I am a doctoral student in the final semester of my research with expertise in molecular biology,
bioanalytical methods and single-molecule techniques.
Skills include DOE, bioanalytical method development and validation, data analysis and handling
common analytical chemistry instrumentation.
Looking forward to a challenging R&D career in a leading biotech company where I can contribute

o Characterization of DNA secondary structures in the telomere overhang
The Structural information obtained would help in designing new class of drugs with
potential oncological targeted application – (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2014, 136, 18062)
o Designed new small molecule drugs to target telomere G-quadruplexes based on unique
properties of telomere G-quadruplexes (target) & Small-molecule ligand binding interaction
with DNA structures in the telomere overhang
Using the specific structural information obtained from part 1, two distinct class of
molecules with potential targeted therapy capability were synthesized – (Manuscript
