Reporting Investigation Confidentiality Interviewing ActionIf you believe you are a victim of, or witness to harassment, you must tell your Human Resources Office immediately.
An investigation will be conducted promptly and respectfully.
Absolute confidentiality is not guaranteed – but only those on a “need-to-know” basis will be involved.
Potential victim and potential harasser will be interviewed, along with any other witnesses.
The victim will be informed of corrective action taken.
