Perry Building is one of the most historic, identifiable, and architecturally significant buildings in the area. it was designed by Isaac Perry in 1876.It is Located in the center of downtown Binghamton. this was a first for Binghamton and in fact was never to be repeated in the area.The Perry Building was a home to McLean's Department Store for many years.and later it was shut down.
