BODY The die-cast aluminium, round

structure houses the optical compartment fitted with a passive heat sink that exploits the thermal conductivity of the aluminium and the convection current generated by virtue of the temperature difference in the air around the heat sink, ensuring a perfectly efficient and long-lasting light source, enclosed in the front.

A thin, semi-circular chromed aluminium bracket has both a mechanical and electrical function: it links the body containing the optical compartment to the control gear that connects it to the track.

Hako“Hako”, the Japanese term

for cube box, offers a clean-

cut, modern line that is both

minimalist and stable.

The idea behind the design is

to break the molds, “break out

of the box” and so it slashes

out diagonally several times,

creating two parts.

Two harmonious elements

held together by a single

invisible joint that permits

utmost adjustment while

keeping the control gear

technology thermally separate

Once positioned on the

track, this looks a bit like a

IOS reflectors with Ø 80 mm (LL2 and LL7) made from stabilised polycarbonate (up to 140°C) with highly reflective metallization - exclusive scratch resistant, vitrified surface and antistatic safety shield with high light transmission (97%). The shield is clear for very narrow beams, satin for narrow, medium and wide beams and satin/prismatic for the Wall Washer Mira version. Optics Optics IOS reflectors with Ø 80 mm (LL2 and LL7) made from stabilised polycarbonate (up to 140°C) with highly reflective metallization - exclusive scratch resistant, vitrified surface and antistatic safety shield with high light transmission (97%). BODY Two elements in die-cast aluminium,

held together by a joint that enables utmost adjustment of the luminaire, house the control gear and the optical compartment, which is fitted with a passive heat sink that exploits the thermal conductivity of the aluminium and the convection current generated by virtue of the temperature difference in the air around the heat sink, ensuring perfectly efficient and long-lasting light sources.

Optics IOS reflectors with Ø 80 mm (LL2) made from stabilised polycarbonate (up to 140°C) with highly reflective metallization - exclusive scratch resistant, vitrified surface and antistatic safety shield with high light transmission (97%).The shield is clear for very narrow beams, satin for narrow, medium and wide beams and satin/prismatic for the Wall Washer Mira version. There are also versions with gold optics or with selective filters for lighting foodstuffs.

the Bink projector effectively

demonstrates the Reggiani

commitment to miniaturise

luminaires so they fit in with

the architecture. The optical

compartment is a cylinder

that sits horizontally

on a slim, rectangular

extended platform where the

control gear is housed.

It also functions efficiently

because it is split into two

separate units for heat

dissipation.

The front of the cylinder

ends with a retaining ring

OPTICS WITH FRESNEL LENSES Application of the Fresnel lens makes

it possible to obtain very strong, even and above all clear light beams, which eliminate blurred and foggy effects.

In the version with concentric prisms (for symmetric light distribution) the light beam is simply projected, while the one with parallel prisms (for asymmetric light distribution) can light up walls and backdrops. This provides a high degree of control of the light beam and therefore complete mastery of how the various lighting layouts are developed.

REFLECTOR Anti-static metallised polycarbonate

with scratch resistant protective coating; LL6 optics for asymmetric light distribution (upwards) and LL2 interchangeable optics for direct light (downwards).

INSTALLATION POSITION 0°, traditional mounting - Suitable

for every situation that calls for soft indirect lighting obtained when it reflects off the walls.

180°, inverted mounting (where specified) - Recommended in any situation that requires “prominent” lighting in places where it is not possible to install light points in the ceiling.

ADJUSTMENT In the versions for metal halide lamps

and compact fluorescent lamps, the optical compartment (IP55) is adjustable to three positions (0°, 20°, 40°) with provision for locking the luminaire in the desired position.

Optics LL6 optics for asymmetric light distribution made from anti-static metallised polycarbonate with scratch resistant protective coating.IOS reflectors with Ø 80 mm (LL2) made from stabilised polycarbonate (up to 140°C) with highly reflective metallization - exclusive scratch resistant, vitrified surface and antistatic safety shield with high light transmission (97%). The shield is clear for very narrow beams, satin for narrow, medium and wide beams and satin/prismatic for the Wall Washer Mira version. There are also versions with gold optics or with selective filters for lighting foodstuffs.

Locking screw

Installation of the connector part to the track

When installing the connector parts on the track, make sure that the

guide enters the duct at the bottom of the track. Mechanical joining of

the connector parts to the track is through self-locking screws.

To cut electrified tracks

The electrified tracks are supplied in the standard lengths. They can be

easily cut to the required length with a hacksaw or circular saw suitable

for cutting aluminium. After cutting the track, bend the conductors at

90° using tool code 0.02247.00.

The conductors can be introduced in the required size and terminated

with a plastic block at the other end of the tool.

The bent conductors are located at the correct distance from the end of

the track when the plastic block does not project but remains flush with

the end of the track.

N.B. A load not exceeding 10 kg is permissible for an adapter with power

disconnected, tractional force of 100 N (1 kp + 9.81 N) and max. torsional

stress 2.5 Nm

INSTALLATION OF THE MULTIADAPTER

1 Insert the Multiadapter in the track.

2 Turn the mechanical mounting pin clockwise.

3 Select the required phase with the phase selector pin.

To remove the Multiadapter from the track, turn the phase selector to

the OFF position, then turn the mechanical mounting pin anti-clockwise.
