Important Notes:
While accessing RAHAL (new staff travel system), you will be prompted to enter One Time Password (OTP) as per security requirements. Kindly ensure to update your personal mobile number and email address in the HR records during the exit process. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address.
Any change in your personal mobile number or email address should be updated in the RAHAL system.
o Click on -> My Profile menu. o Edit the mobile number or email address (one at a time). o If mobile number is edited, OTP will be sent to email address for verification. o If email is edited, OTP will be sent to mobile number for verification. o After entering OTP, click on “Submit” button.

Step 1: Enter User Id and Password
While accessing the system first time as a Retiree or Long Service staff, enter your staff number and your last active password.
Click on “Log In” button.

Step 2: Receive OTP
Choose the option to receive OTP as SMS to the mobile number or an Email
Click “Send OTP” button.
“OTP Sent Successfully” message will be displayed.
Wait until the OTP is received. Note: First time user has the option to “Skip” option to skip the OTP process. You are advised to update the mobile number and email address immediately to receive OTP during your next login.

Step 3: Enter OTP
Upon receiving the OTP, enter the OTP in “Enter One Time Password (OTP)” box
Click on “Continue” button.

Step 4: Enter Security Details
Enter the Date of Birth & Passport Number for verification (for first time access only).
Click “Submit” button.

Step 5: Set New Password
Enter the new password
Adhere to the password policy mentioned in the blue colored text while creating the new password.
Click “Submit” button to continue to the Home page of the web site.

Staff can update the following details through the “My Profile” menu o Passport details for “Self”. o Passport details for “Immediate Family” members. o Mobile number (OTP will be sent to email for verification). o Email Address (OTP will be sent to mobile number for verification).
Change Password option available in the “My Profile” page for user to change the password.
