Strategic Context• Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP) sets out the health care
priorities for change and establishes long‐term goals.
• Project management philosophy and process adopted as a tool to support integration and planning activity across the CE LHIN community of service providers.
• CE LHIN Board approved an initiative to establish a CE LHIN Project Management Office (PMO):
– Lead the identification and uptake of correct PM methods– Provide access and linkage to appropriate resources– Leadership to the CE LHIN planning teams– Point of contact on new project ideas and integration
opportunities
