ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED
1. List of challenges experience by employees: - Management and Union Meetings has been held in
January and February, March ,May and June 2015.
2. Vision & Mission of the Entity.- To be dealt with in the new council Strategic Planning
session in the 2nd Quarter 2015. In consultation with all the Stakeholders within the institution.
3. No Clear Organisational Structure:- Provided to the DAC in December 2014
The Organizational Structure was adopted by the Previous Council dated 05/11/124. No Performance agreement with the all staff: - Performance Management System is in place and will be rollout from Top Management to the lower staff members this will be completed in the 3rd Quarter 2015.

5. No Clear Job Descriptions:- Revised Job Descriptions will be signed off in the 3rd Quarter 2015.
6. Staff Meetings:- Yearly meetings schedule calendar within the institution been circulated to all Management Team for their depts. including the Union.
7&8. No staff moral & Organisation operating in Silos:- Engagement with the relevant stakeholders to be rollout in 1st Quarter 2015. Consultation was done

Employees not given opportunity to interrogate Organisational Policy:- Policy Forum Workshop has been established and are continuing Policies are accessible to all within the Institution, Policies has Already forwarded to all stakeholders for comments. 10. There is factionalism:
- There is no factionalism at work place.11. No Strategic Planning with staff:
- No Strategic Planning with the Staff, this happens at the Council and Management Level.
12. Salary Discrepancy Outstanding: - This project was finalised and implemented in 2012.
13. SCM Challenges with Contract Management:- Not having an understanding of the problem matter.
14. Audit Outcome Results by AG 2013/14 is not acceptable:- No Comments from Management.

- Training & Development Plan is underway to be completed for submission to the CATHSSETA by end April 2015.- OHS Training and Computer Course and Training with
Damelin took place in February 2015.16. Misuse of fund for certain projects:
- No misuse of funds and all funds used are reported and accounted for.
17. No Revenue is generated from Shows:- All shows at PACOFS are in compliance with DAC Mandate.
18. Lack of Managerial Experience:- Short Course at UFS on PFMA Non-Financial Management took place & Management Development Programme were offered to Managers.

The relationship between Provincial & Local Government improved: - We had meetings with Provincial & Local Governments and there are programmes which are running currently. - The China in SA Week – hosted at PACOFS (April Month 2015)- The ICT – hosted at PACOFS (June Month 2015)20. Equity Plan & Progress Report:
- Both plan & report were submitted to DAC in December 2014.21. Entity to attend to Language Signage & Use of Official Language Act:
- In progress as we had attended two workshops at DAC for implementation.
22. Revenue Generation Plans:- Financial Sustainability Strategy model to be developed.
- New ventures MOU’S with PACOFS - 2015- SELA TV, and Motheo Community Radio - 201523. Minutes of the interview process for CEO position:- Done, information has been provided to DAC in December 2014.
