FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM

The Family Support Services Program(FSSP) is a state-funded program that

provides individualized support tofamilies who are caring for a family

member with developmentaldisabilities or delays.     

 The primary purpose of FSSP is tosupport children with developmentaldisabilities or delays remaining withintheir own nurturing family setting and

prevent out-of-home placements.

FSSP helps with costs that arebeyond those normallyexperienced by other families.!
