Hi, I am Samantha Jordan, I am a

member of the Angelus Ranus 4-H

poultry for six years. We receive day

old chicks flown in from Iowa, my sis-

Hello, my name is Krista Maisch. I am sixteenyears old and a sophomore at Bret HarteHigh School. My appreciation goes out tomy sponsors Kim Lemke atBridlewood, Laura Scheck with LSRPerformance horses, Dr.Gary Wright,Dr.French, Karen Heath, and our closeFriends the Rohabragh Family and TeriStunts. Ever since I was seven years old, Ihave had a passion for anything thatinvolves horses. God has blessed me tobe able to own a horse, and is a goal ofmine to pursue a career in the animalfield. Good luck to all my friends com-peting for Calaveras Saddle Queen.

Hello my name is Rachelle Snitchler. I am aSenior at Calaveras High School. I have threegenerous sponsors: Country Cliff'sRestaurant, Rico Oller, and Tim Kelly TaxAttorney. I am 18 years old and have spentthe last six years showing pigs, goats, andhorses at the Calaveras County Fair in 4-Hand FFA. I absolutely love seeing all the kidsshowing at their projects at fair and seeing theinvolvement of kids with the community.Showing at the fair has exposed me to manywonderful opportunities, including watch-ing past Calaveras Saddle QueenCompetitions and winning Equine GrandChampion last year, which encouragedme to run for this competition. Showingprojects at the Calaveras County fairhas opened up my horizons and mychoice of career path with animals asa Veterinary Technician.

Hello my name is Cassidy Davis. I ama 17 year old Junior at Bret Harte High

School. My sponsors are RolleriConstruction-/Rolleri Livestock,Distinctive Metals-/Angels SheetMetal, and Don & Nancy Whittle

Whittle Ranch Inc. When I am notriding my horse or branding I like toplay basketball, volleyball and soft-ball. I am running for Calaveras

Saddle Queen because I wish torepresent Calaveras County to thebest of my ability and become a

role model for young girls wholove to ride as much as I do.

Hello, my name is Natalie Harp. I am aneighteen year old senior attendingCalaveras High School. After highschool, I plan on going to college, thento Vet school to become a veterinarian.

I got my first horse when I was ten yearsold. Since then, I have competed in manywestern events. I have showed my horsesand other animals at the county fair formany years. I watched the Saddle Queencompetition every year, and last year, I

got the privilege to compete. Thecompetition helped me to grow asan individual and I was inspired togo at it again this year. I couldn'thave ever gotten this far withoutmy openhanded sponsors: HarpLearning Institute, Jeff DavidsonConstruction, Gold Star HorseShoeing, and Mr. Tony Marin.
