ELIMINATING THE CALCULATION OF RISE AND RUN, FOR YOUR ANGLES ON STAIRS.

Mark your length of RUN by setting

BOTTOM RAIL on the nose of the steps and

clamp to the two posts. Use (2) speed

squares (see pic) on steps to keep BOTTOM

RAIL off the steps and allow for clearance of

flange cover on TOP post installation.

NOTE: Place Flange cover on post base for

clearance of bottom rail

Mark with speed square and cut the profiles

square, use Chop saw, cut at the marks and

view your location mark to match how you pre-

measured the Stair Railing originally, VERY

IMPORTANT to LINE UP AND PLACE STAIR

SECTION BACK THE SAME AS ORIGINAL.

USE YOUR MARKS FOR PLACMENTS

After clamping Railing section, mark TOP and

BOTTOM RAILS with pencil, use your POST as

your straight edge. (Use white mark on dark

profiles) Clearly label your TOP and Bottom

Rails for identification when cutting and

installation. T for TOP, B for Bottom, L and R

Double check your measurements by placing

the Upper and lower STAIR BRACKET flush to

the POST and check the distance for added

accuracy. IMPORTANT: MARK YOUR RAILING

FOR PROPER REALIGNMENT & Installation

Clamp Stair template, (see picture) to

outside of POSTS, using quick clamp grips,

when centered and sized so that top and

bottom BALUSTERS are symmetric and

plumb to the two posts.

to the POST with #14 TEK Screws, after removing

the stair section.

Drop TOP and BOTTOM Rail into position on the

installed BACKER PLATES. Set #14 TEK Screw on

TOP RAIL at the BOTTOM of the Stair Run. This will

allow the TOP RAIL to PIVOT, UP and DOWN for

Baluster placement. (see Pics).

Remove stair section in whole and remove all 4 stair

brackets. Separate the RAILING CUPS from the

BACKER PLATES (remove #14 set screws) Now install

the 4 BACKER PLATES and attach to the previous
