  • Study ing on reduc ing viscosity by em ulsify ing of X in tan

    heavy o il o f Shen li o ilfie ld, it is found thatW /O /W po lyOphaseemu lsion dripp ing w ill be fo rmed partly w hile prepar ing the

    heavy oilO /W emu ls ion. The quantity and prope rty o f such poly

    Ophase emu lsion dr ipp ing is related to m ethods o f prepa ringO /W em ulsification. A s the O /W em ulsion is prepa red w ith the

    pure heavy o il and active wa ter directly, the po lyOphase em u-lsion dr ipp ing fo rmed is a little. The reason is tha t the o ilOw aterinterface film betw een m iddle o il phase and ex terna lw ater phase

    is dam aged. It has little effec ts on the stab ility o f the whole e-

    mu lsion. H ow ever, much mo re W /O /W po lyOphase em ulsiondrippings are form ed when prepar ingO /W emu lsion by utilizing the

    me thod o f phase inversion w ith h igh contain ing water W /O

    emulsion. It has great effects on the stab ility o f thewhole emulsion.

    W hen petroleum w e ll drilling process ro ller b it broken c rag

    the tooth stress is quite com plex. The drill b it serv ice life and

    tooth stress size has direct correlation. In orde r to exp lo re the

    dr ill bit too th in broken crag process stress ru le, the streng th ex-

    perim enta l study of the ro ller b it too th was m ade unde r the labo-

    ra to ry cond ition. The ro ller bit too th had measured the strength

    experim enta l study, bu t the results of the tentative da ta had the

    m assive no ises ac tua lly, a ffected seriously to tenta tive data pro-

    cessing and the ana lysis, w ith the w avelet transfo rm pair tenta-

    tive da ta carry ing on the ch irp processing, obta ined the very

    good result. The massive no ises the difficu lt problem w as so lved

    effectively.

    The underground o il and gas pipe lines, espec ially the p ipe-

    lines under thew ate r, need steady or per iodicOunsteady positioninspection. The trad itiona l m ethod is carr ied out w ith GPS and

    detected appa ratus, wh ich results in huge w ork load and h igh

    costs, what is mo re, it could no t reach an expected prec is ion.

    An or ientation pro jec t based on inertial dev ice w as introduced in

    the paper. The inform a tion of position w as stored in the co llec-

    tion sy stem to avoid disturb ing by the outside env ironm ent;

    therefo re, it increases the system s' re liability and definite ly de-

    creases thew ork lo ad and costs.

    The w ear betw een the rod and the tub ing in w e lls using the

    pum ping un it has becom e a serious prob lem in o ilfie ld. The

    m a in reasons for thew ear a re thew ell dev iation, the str ing struc-

    ture, the rodO tubing assem bly and the unsu itab le w ork ing sys-tem, mo reover, the m ater ia ls of the rod and tube as w ell as the

    properties of produced flu ids. The m echanism of dev iation and

    wear w as stud ied w ith the m ater ia l m echan ics theo ry, and the

    techn ica l skill and app lica tion of dev iation and w ear preven ti on

    m e thods in B innan O il P roduction P lan t were introduced in this

    paper wh ich w ill be used for reference on how to im prove the

    explo ita tion benefits and the recovery effic iency o f o ld o il

    fie lds.

    The signal ana ly sis and process is an im portant part of T es-

    ting Techno logy. An v irtual instrum en t o f dynam ic stra in m eas-

    urement and the designing procedure of the signa l process ing

    function w ere d iscussed in th is paper. The resu lt o f the exper-i

    m ent tests proved that the function has been rea lized. The re-

    sults o f the signal ana ly sis is correct and a good eng ineer ing ap-

    plication.

    In the process o f o il field deve lopm ent, there are som e dis-

    par ities between the num ber o f produc ing w ells and crude o il

    production. W ith the econom ics Lorenz curve and G ini coeff-i

    c ien,t on the basis o f the num ber o f o il production w e lls and o il

    production as w ell as the to ta l percentage, crude o il production

    was ob tained the uneven production index for the produc tion of

    crude o il in the prepara tion of plans, Imba lance o f crude produc-

    tion, to achiev e optim a l allocation o f oilfie ld production and o i-l

    field developm ent bene fits.
