To whom it may concern,

We are applying for a technical amendment to relocate SE6 emission po int.

Manhole 13 (MH 13) on t he attached drawing was the origina l agreed location fo r SE6 in our IPPC

license P0297-02. We are proposing to move t his location to Manhole 21 (MH 21) through a technical

amendment with the agency. See figure 2.0 SE6 relocation to Manhole 21.

The area where the coating location was originally is a packing area now and does not use any trade

effluent for its processes. Therefore, we do not have any flow through MH18 to MH13.

There is no trade effluent activity associated with the packing equipment.

The coating process was relocted in 2009 to its current location.

The rationale for relocating the coating process also includes obtaining greater manufacturing

efficiencies by locating the coating process in close proximity to the extrusion process in wh ich the raw

yarn to be coated is generated.

Our coating process is now located at the far left of VS2 and the trade effluent from these processes are

captured through Manhole 21 (MH 21). See figure 1.0 Coating Process Transfer.

Previouslv, this year, we located a flow meter at Manhole 21, due t o a non compliance report submitted

by the agency in February 2012.

Please also see attached f ull drawing for the IPPC site, which includes trade effluent, surface water and

foul sewer.

I have also included extracts from thi s drawing to exp lain the relocation of t he Emission point for the

technical amendment. See figure 1.0 & 2.0 ..

I trust that th is is enough information for the EPA to conclude on this technical amendment.

If a fee is required to complete this technical amendment, please forward a quotation to the below

address on letter headed paper and I wil l raise a purchase order accordingly.
