I believe that in the NHL there are to many
injury’s, and many of these injury’s result in concussions or broken bones. In my opinion the NHL needs to put a stop to hitting to the heads.
If the NHL makes head contact an automatic game suspension or a 10 minute misconduct i think there will be less headshots resulting in less injury's.
My Topic
In the NHL there are way to many injury’s
were the players are seriously hurt. The NHL is not the only place injury's happen
in my hockey skills academy there have been at least 5 injury’s this past week. The injury’s very from broken legs dislocated shoulders concussions and even a fractured T12 .(broken back)

Could these injury’s been avoided?
Yes, the injuries that you seen could have been easily
avoided the second video you saw Brad Marchand get a deliberate knee to the head by James Neal. This could have been easily avoided but instead James Neal chose to stick his knee out and hit Brad Marchand head, in a result he suffered a minor concussion. Also after the play Shawn Thorton gave two punches to the face to Brooks Orpik in result he got taken off on a stretcher and likely has a major concussion.
On the other hand the hit against Max Pacioretty could not been avoided as well because Zdeno Chara had no real choice but too rub out his opponent, unfortunately his head hit the glass and this resulted in a major cancussion.
