CARMENERE 2012
Limited Production: 41.754 bottles Alc. 14.5% Vol.
It has a well-defined bouquet with lifted black fruit, and a very attractive
roasted pepper, licorice and a touch of smoke flavors. The palate is medium-
bodied with a smooth and silky texture, well-balanced with chocolate-covered
red fruit and black pepper. Nice and seductive finish.

It has a subtle red currant and redberry-scented bouquet with touches of sous
bois, hazelnut and aromatic herbs that are very attractive. The palate is
medium-bodied with supple tannins and pure red berry fruit mixed with black
pepper, sage and cured meats. It is very well-balanced and fresh, the finish
supple and in tune with the oak

TASTING NOTES
CARABANTES 2011
Limited Production: 11.250 bottles Alc. 14.5% Vol.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels
Syrah 100%
The 2011 Carabantes Syrah is from a slightly warmer zone in Aconcagua, which
shows in the strong balsamic aromas, with notes of eucalyptus and bay leaf
intermixed with notes of tapenade and a touch of smoked bacon. The palate
reveals supple tannins, clean acidity and, again, balsamic flavors and very good
length. A delicious Syrah. Drink now - 2017.

MONTELIG 2009
Limited Production: 9.320 bottles Alc. 14.5% Vol.
Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Carmenere 30% and Petit Verdot 30%
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels
It is a very expressive wine, intense and complex that reminds some red
berries, licorice, inky and dusty, resembling a bordeaux style.
On the palate is rich, full bodied, deep with a fine structure with a very long
aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES
TOKNAR 2008
Limited Production: 3.400 bottles Alc. 14.5% Vol.
Aging: 26 months in French oak barrels
Petit Verdot 100%
It is a dark-colored wine with an equally dark nose of graphite, peat, shoe polish,
cassis, blackberries, and black pepper. The oak is really imperceptible with such
intensity of fruit. The palate is full-bodied, tight, powerful and concentrated, with
high acidity and an even higher concentration of tannins. Mauro Von Siebenthal
talks about an extreme, borderline wine. It is indeed a bodybuilder of a wine,
which should be capable of living a long life in bottle. If you want to drink it now,
try to find a mammoth chop. Drink 2016 - 2026.

TASTING NOTES
TATAY DE CRISTOBAL 2010
Limited Production: 3.500 bottles Alc. 14.5% Vol.
Carmenere 90% and Petit Verdot 10%
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels
A dark-colored, concentrated version of Carmenere, it delivers plenty of
roasted notes and organic aromas of peated malt, licorice, shoe polish,
leather, ink, tempera paint, and a slightly animal note with a core of black fruit.
The texture is very velvety with voluptuous tannins, pungent, very long flavors
and lowish acidity. It is a powerful, big, Carmenere of strong personality.
Drink 2015 - 2020
