Re: PC71319 – External Painting at 94 Rokeby Road, Subiaco
Dear Owners,
Further to our recent site inspection, we have attached our quotation to undertake the painting on the external surfaces at 94
Rokeby Road, Subiaco.
Following is a detailed document providing information such as the scope of work, specification and the overall payment
summary. Higgins is nationally certified by Bureau VERITAS to ISO 9001, AS/NZs 4801, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, and are
committed to providing the highest quality workmanship to all of our extensive client base.
As Australia’s only national stand-alone commercial painting company, Higgins Coatings is equipped with both the experience
and expertise to complete the painting at your property. In 1949, Gerry Higgins started the business with a focus on the quality
of service being as important as the quality of the finish; this has not changed in 67 years, we still focus on the service as much
as the painted finish and hope to demonstrate this to your property.

2. Recently Completed Projects
Higgins Coatings offer a wealth of experience and knowledge developed over 67 years of servicing our extensive client base.
Allegro Apartments - Burswood
Having completed painting works at Allegro Apartments in Burswood, the Building
Managers were impressed with the high standard and timely results, so it was no
surprise that we were awarded the contract to complete the repainting of the
second tower Axis, Commencing in September 2016.
Provision of a 10 year material warranty delivers additional peace of mind to the
owners.
Once again, our experience and project methodology that provided access from
the Swing Stage to the Balconies, ensured we were able to complete this work with
minimal disruption to residents and owners.
Westralian Apartments - Terrace Road East Perth
The Council of Owners of Westralian Apartments engaged Higgins Coatings to
complete the External Repaint of the entire building during 2015/2016.
A testimonial form the Building Manager stated:
“From the moment I met the Higgins crew at the tender process, they stood out from
the competitors in the way they presented themselves, the service and product that
was being offered to us. This is why the decision to award the job to Higgins was an
easy one keeping in mind other tenders were cheaper.”
Our multiple resources, professionalism and “whatever it takes” attitude ensured that
we were able to successfully complete the job to the high standard expected by the
owners, whilst providing timely solutions to the difficult access conditions. And now
the property is once again looking its best.
Southbank Apartments
This project in South Perth also saw our team nominated in the Master Painters
Awards for Excellence. Difficulty of access was overcome using a combination of
boom, scaffold and rope access and the project achieved a CSR score of 90. The
team showed good communication with the customer who had the following
comments to share.
"This work has been completed on schedule and with minimum fuss to
owners/residents of the apartments. They have been most helpful in providing
guidance also."

3. Testimonials
Portsea Village Grange
“We employed Higgins to complete a major refurbishment of our property in Portsea; including replacement of
roof, drainage systems, lighting and several door and windows as well as a complete repaint. The attention to
detail and follow up weekly meetings with the Project Manager meant that this proceeded successfully and with
a minimum of inconvenience during the 6-month period that this involved. We can recommend working with
Higgins Coatings for a successful project.” Irene Osborne, General Manager, Portsea Village Resort
14 Fraser Rd, Normanhurst
“The quality of information provided in your submission gave the owners a great deal of confidence that Higgins
could complete the works to a high standard in a safe manner, and on time. With high confidence comes an
equal level of expectation and Higgins delivered on the standard that was promised.” Brett Rayner, Strata
Manager, Bright & Duggan
Pacific Views Resort
“The Body Corporate Committee selected Higgins over their competitors for a number of reasons including
competitive pricing, clear and accurate quotation and most importantly clear and regular communication.
Higgins showed and then proved their ongoing dedication to OHS practices ensuring all access and exclusion
zones were adhered. We consider the work conducted by Higgins Coatings to be of a high standard and would
have no hesitation in contracting them again for future projects.” David McMinn, Building Manager
Water’s Edge on the Broadwater
“The personnel selected by Higgins Coatings to repaint our 2 towered, 57 apartment complex, were professional,
considerate of the residents at all times and were a pleasure to work with during the 12 weeks they were
engaged at our complex. The positive feedback from residents at the completion of the work is a reflection on
the way Higgins Coatings worked with us to ensure a good result for each and every resident. If you are
considering using Higgins Coatings, then I am only too happy to discuss the end results of their work and answer
any questions you may have about our experiences.” Brad Marquart, Building manager, Waters Edge on the
