OCI   comprises   of   18   Statements   categorized   into   4  Factors   that   influence   the   CompeXXveness   of   an  OrganizaXon,  these  being:    §  Alignment  of  Managers  with  Organiza4on’s  goals  §  Leadership  and  Organiza4onal  culture    §  Customer  Sensi4vity  and

OrganizaXon  CompeXXveness  Index  -­‐  OCI    “Belief  Factor”  about  compeXXveness  of  organizaXon  has  been  found  to  be  most  criXcal   in   assessing   probability   of   success   for   any   business   transformaXon  iniXaXve    OrganizaXons   aspiring   for   conXnuous   evoluXon   and   growth   needs   to   regularly  assess  the  “Belief  Factor”  amongst  their  managerial  cadre  –  the  change  agents  Organization Diagnostics

Every Organization during its life cycle needs to necessarily and continuously evolve itself to remain competitive. An Organization’s Human Capital, Practices focused on delivery - play a significant role in determining the success and speed of this evolution towards competitiveness. Assessment of Human Capital’s Belief Factor to determine the future-readiness of the Organization is the first step of this evolution.

Our Organization Diagnostic tool OCI ( Organization Competitiveness Index) is designed to assess this belief factor across the management hierarchy.
