Performance Counter Threshold Benefits
Monitor the actual measurement result of the counters. When
the value of the measurement result exceeds that threshold
set by the user, the system generates an alarm.
Types:
Simple threshold
The threshold defined for a single counter
Combined threshold
The threshold defined for the value obtained by logic or
arithmetic operations of multiple counter values.
