30 Grams of Super Protein Concentrate Per Serving!

MAXPRO provides a proprietary Super Protein Concentrate™ (SPC) developed to supply your body with purehigh-quality proteins to be used on a daily basis. The SPC™ is MMSN’s proprietary blend of whey protein concentrate(WPC), whey protein isolate (WPI) and potassium caseinate. This unique blend includes long and short chainpeptides comprised of all essential and non-essential amino acids. Both WPC and WPI are fast-acting proteins while

the casein fraction is more sustained giving you the best of both proteins for nutrient timing. The WPI is derived froman ion-exchange, triple filtration and enzyme hydrolyzation extraction process. Research suggests that by supplyingthe body with high-quality protein every 3 to 4 hours, it is possible to elevate nitrogen levels and increase the body'sability to build and maintain muscle growth. Research has also shown that this anabolic effect is enhanced whencombined with resistance exercise.†

MAXPRO comes in a convenient 30 gram protein per serving. This will enable you to accurately measure andcustomize the amount of protein for your individual needs. Many of our customers take between 30 to 60 grams ofprotein per serving depending on size and other requirements. Now it is convenient and easy to calculate exactlyhow much protein you are consuming. Additionally, supplementation with protein 30 to 40 minutes before and 30 to40 minutes immediately after strength training results in greater increases in lean body mass, strength, and musclesize beyond that achieved by strength training alone. Additional servings of MAXPRO during the day (multi-dosing)will maximize the benefits of protein to build muscle and gain strength faster.

The three sources of synergistic proteins in MAXPRO are designed to optimize positive nitrogen balance andpromote lean muscle mass gains. These protein sources are also rich in the naturally occurring branched-chainamino acids (BCAAs) including leucine, isoleucine and valine. The BCAAs, especially leucine, have powerful anaboliceffects on protein metabolism by increasing the rate of protein synthesis, decreasing the rate of protein degradation,

and promoting recovery. The anabolic effects of both whey protein and the BCAAs combined with exercisestimulates skeletal muscle gene expression. Muscle protein synthesis (MPS) is a complex process and involvestranscriptional co-regulators, myogenic regulatory factors and the phosphorylation of the mammalian target ofrapamycin (mTOR). Myogenic regulatory factors or MRFs include Myo-D, myogenin, MRF-4 and myf5 and are afamily of muscle-specific transcription factors that play a critical role in muscle cell hypertrophy (increases in musclecell size). Muscle mTOR is the master controller of protein synthesis integrating signals from growth factors withinthe parameters of the energy and nutritional conditions of the cell. Muscle mTOR are muscle enzyme activators ofprotein synthesis and supported by whey protein and the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), especially leucineand exercise. The positive effect of supplying whey proteins rich in the BCAAs are mediated through signalingpathways controlling protein synthesis involves phosphorylation of the target enzymes mTOR and the sequentialstimulation of p70 ribosomal S6 kinase (p70 S6K) through the regulation of mRNA translation and other cellgrowth-related responses. The mTOR pathway in muscle is upregulated during the hypertrophy phase.

MAXPRO also provides a rich source of naturally occurring glutamine. Glutamine is considered a “workhorse”amino acid and the most abundant amino acid in skeletal muscle. Glutamine is often depleted due to over training, stress and poor diet. Research indicates that body builders, fitness and strength athletes, and other active peopleoften do not produce enough glutamine within their liver to restore critical glutamine levels within a reasonable timeframe following training. Glutamine is critical to minimize muscle breakdown and repair heavily trained muscles andsupport the natural production of human growth hormone, which is also important to muscle recovery and gains.Glutamine also supports the immune system, and allow for more intense training.

Research shows that a continuous intake of protein throughout the day is most effective in maintaining positivenitrogen balance and a positive anabolic state. MAXPRO can easily be incorporated into your daily routine; beforeexercise, during exercise, after exercise, in between-meals and as a bedtime supplement. This continuous flow ofcalories and protein helps to saturate your muscles with fuel and amino acids for optimal protein synthesis.

Recommended Servings Based on Weight

The following is recommended for healthy individuals: 1 scoop (30 grams) per serving for individuals weighing lessthan 150 lbs. Individuals weighing between 150-200 lbs., 1 1/2 scoops (45 grams) per serving is recommended

Individuals exceeding 200 lbs., 1 1/2-2 scoops (45-60 grams) per serving is recommended.

Here are some additional mixing ideas.

Low-Calorie: Mix 1 scoop of MAXPRO with the following. 8 ounces of water or non-sugar drinks such as Crysta

Light, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/2 banana. Mix this in a blender and add ice if desired. Other optionsinclude frozen blueberries, mangos, canned pineapple, etc. If you really want to make your protein shake taste likdessert try this, add 1 or 2 Tbsp. of Jell-O Sugar-Free Pudding Mix, this will make your shake taste creamy andsweet. Be creative and try different combinations of pudding, fruit and MAXPRO flavors.

Low-Calorie: Mix 2 scoops of MAXPRO with 16 ounces of juice or milk, or 8 ounces of each with a banana, 8ounces of yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, and one half can of pineapple chunks. This will make a thick anddelicious protein shake. Once again, be creative and try other ingredients. Almonds, flax seeds, and peanut buttercan also add additional calories and are loaded with essential nutrients.

Low-Calorie: Simply add 1-2 scoops of MAXPRO to you favorite pancake mix. This will add 30-60 grams ofprotein to your breakfast and improve the taste of your pancakes. MAXPRO also makes muffins, breads and othe

baked goods higher in protein. Start with 1 scoop in you favorite recipes and experiment using more or less,

depending on taste and how much additional protein you want it to contain.
