OBJECTIVE
Nokia morph is a joint technology concept, developed by Nokia Research Center (NRC) and the University of Cambridge (UK).
The Morph concept device is a bridge between highly advanced technologies and their potential benefits to end-users.
INTRODUCTION
MORPH CONCEPT
• THE WORD “MORPH” MEANS :-
• Transform Quickly
• Change Shape
NOKIA MORPH CONCEPT
Morph is a concept that
demonstrates how future
mobile devices might be
stretchable and flexible.
Nanotechnology might be capable of delivering.
Mobile devices become gateways to ambient intelligence and needed information

Nanotechnology
Nanotechnology, shortened to "nanotech", is the study of the controlling of matter on an atomic and molecular scale.
Nanoscale technologies that will potentially create a world of radically different devices that open up an entirely new spectrum of possibilities.
FLEXIBLE AND STRETCHABLE • The Flexible, stretchable, transparent and remarkably
strong.• The device literally change shapes
Spider silk
A Nanoscale mesh of fibers controls the stretching when the device is folded
Fibril proteins are woven into a three dimensional mesh that reinforces thin elastic structures.
SELF-CLEANING
• Nanotechnology also can be leveraged to create self-
cleaning surfaces on mobile devices, ultimately reducing
corrosion, wear and improving longevity.
Nanoflowers
Nanostructured surfaces, such as “Nanoflowers” naturally repel water, dirt, and even fingerprints utilizing effects also seen in natural system.
Advance Power Resources
Built-in solar absorption might charge a device, whilst batteries become smaller, longer lasting and faster to charge
Dye Sensitized solar cell
A full solid state, flexible Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) using ZnO nanostructure that act as photovoltaic’s which harvests solar energy.
Nanograss Nanotechnology holds out the possibility that the
surface of a device will become a natural source of energy via a covering of “Nanograss” structures that harvest solar power.
SENSING
• Morph enables us to observe our local environment. Morph
can detect specific chemical compound in air.
•It senses the surfaces.
Nanosensors
Nanosensors would empower users to examine the environment around them incompletely new ways, from analyzing air pollution, to gaining insight into bio-chemical traces and processes.
Multi-Functional Surfaces
Wearable-Device
The device would be so flexible that it can be bend into a wrist watch, so it can be worn around the wrist or held up to the face.
Haptic-Surface
Button on the device surface are real 3d forms. Which give the real sensibility of the buttons. The surface is context dependent.
Transparent-Electronics
The whole electronic circuit inside Nokia Morph is entirely transparent. Nanoscale electronics becomes invisible to human eye.
Recycling
Utilization of biodegradable materials might make production and recycling of devices easier and ecologically friendly.
Detachable speaker
The Nokia Morph phone would also include a detachable speaker that could clip onto the ear or connect to the phone as a speaker.
NOKIA KINETIC DEVICE IS A REAL, FLEXIBLE, MORPH-LIKE PROTOTYPE
The closest that Nokia has come
to Nokia Morph Technology
We can twist and bend the phone itself to navigate through the UI, everything in this phone is flexible, mainly the screen.
NOKIA HUMANFORM FLEXIBLE DEVICE
HumanForm is all about flexibility
and bendable phones.
Thermometer or a feminine
accessory that seems to only fit a
vertical row of icons on its small
display.
ECOSENSOR DEVICE CONCEPT
The device has sensing ability of Morph
Helps us to monitor our health and local environment
CONCLUSION
Nokia Morph is truly an absolutely wonderful gadget with flexible bending and wearing options and surely the best in the gadgets segment from the house of Nokia
FUTURE SCOPE
The shapes could be made much simpler like in Ring shape
Morph in open mode could act as a keyboard for PC’s.
