Resource summaryAs well as our own budget, we are also responsible for the £2 million Growth Investment Fund.
There are 3 of us in the team and we work in partnership with a number of organisations in order to deliver outcomes in our priority areas.
At least once a month we have a team meeting to review our successes.
We will be introducing employers ‘hosting’ visits. This will be morning spent showcasing our wonderful district, followed by lunch.
We have a new inspirational quotation every two weeks to ensure that we remain motivated and inspired.
