1. Tap the Settings icon

2. Make sure the Wi-Fi shows the name of the customer’s network (Home Router here) then tap Bluetooth.

3. If the Bluetooth is not on, turn it on by clicking the white button. You will see the MyQ-nnn under devices. Click the MyQ device and it will begin to connect.

Note: nnn is the last three digits of the hub serial number.

4. It will show connected.

5. Once the apple device has connected to the MyQ Garage, a message will be displayed to Ignore or Allow the sharing of your home routers Wi-Fi settings, click Allow. This allows

the Wi-Fi hub to copy the wireless network password and then connect to the wireless network.

Note: The customer may receive a pop up that asks if they would like to download the app at the App Store. This only happens the first time the Wi-Fi is set up.

6. The apple device will then show Not Connected, at this point the hub has disconnected from the Bluetooth and is trying to connect to the wireless network. Check the hub for a solid green LED. Go to the App Store and

download the MyQ app.
