On March 27, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit,ignoring its own rulings and precedents as well as those ofthe U.S. Supreme Court, denied the appeal of innocent deathrow inmate, frame-up victim, award-winning journalist andleading fighter for human and democratic rights, Mumia Abu-Jamal. The State of Pennsylvania now seeks Mumia’s execu-tion. We seek a new trial and his freedom. After twenty-sixyears on death row resulting from a racist trial and AmnestyInternational-repudiated conviction presided over by Judge"Yeah, I’m going to help ‘em fry the nigger," Albert Sabo, aworldwide effort to win Mumia’s freedom is underway.
