Implementation Date effective from 1st December 2009
National Grid NTS has been progressing implementation tasks with APX Gas Ltd, xoserve and Ofgem

To facilitate the implementation of Modification 0260 National Grid NTS has established a dedicated area on its National Grid website:

Implementation Tasks
National Grid website ‘Post-Emergency Claims’ area will contain the following items:
User Guidelines for the submission of post-emergency claims
Process and procedures required to submit a Post Emergency Claim
Electronic proformas (interface files) for use by shippers to submit post-emergency claims to National Grid
Process Flow Diagram illustrating end-to-end processing of claims
Includes UNC Post-Emergency Claim progression timelines and the process interfaces between Users, National Grid, APX Gas Ltd, xoserve and Ofgem
Relevant National Grid, xoserve and Ofgem contact details
Economic Price Assessment Guidelines (to be published)
Information provision (reporting) (to be published)

User familiarisation and support
National Grid and APX Gas Ltd have provided familiarisation of the existing OCM Physical Market and Gemini OCM Physical Renominations functionality (Operational Forum November 2009)
