During the month of July, the Village of Hoffman Estates will

host a Mobile Dental Clinic for all children from birth—18

years old and college students. Appointments are required.

Cleaning, Exam, Sealants, Fluoride Treatments

Dental exams are required for:

Kindergarten, Grades 2, 6, and 9

These preventative services will satisfy the Proof of Dental

Exam requirement for your child’s school. You will receive

the certificate upon completion of the exam.
