PEF Jaw crusher

Jaw crusher

It is one of the most popular equipments in mining

industry production. It is widely used in all kinds of

materials with primary crushing or secondary crushing,

with the crush resistance below 320 MPa. It has the

features of high crushing ratio, simple structure, stable

operation, easy maintenance and low operation cost.

Jaw Crusher Working principle

The structure of jaw crusher contains the frame, eccentric shaft, big belt pulley, flywheel, movable

jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, rear seat of toggle plate, modulation gap screw, returning

spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc, among which the toggle plate is used for safety.

The working mode of this series jaw crusher is pressing deviously.

This crushing machine working theory is: The motor drives belt and belt wheel, the eccentric shaft

causes the movable jaw to move down and up, forward and backward, the angle between toggle

plate and movable jaw becomes bigger when the movable jaw moves up, so that the movable jaw

moves toward the fixed jaw, and the materials are pressed, crushed, or cut, as a result, the aim of

crushing is accomplished.

The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw becomes smaller when the movable jaw moves

down, the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw because of the function of drag link and spring, here

the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom hole of crushing chamber. Along with the

continuous turning of motor, the movable jaw of crusher moves periodically to crush and discharge

materials, so that the mass production is obtained.

economy and higher efficiency. Jinma brand Impact

Crusher is mainly used to crush many kinds of large,

medium, small materials such as rock or stone whose

side length is less than 500mm, and compression

resistance less than 250Mpa. The impact crusher is

widely used in hydroelectricity, highway, artificial rock,

stone and sand, building material, etc

Impact Crusher Working Principle

When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate with high speed, on the rotor

where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers affect,

under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact

device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to

the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. The materials from large to small all to

be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop till the material are crushed

to the required size and then discharged from outlet

PCZ Single stage heavy hammer crusher

This crusher is suitable for crushing limestone,

silica, dolomite, wind fossils, coal gangue, coal,

coke, shale, gypsum, etc. The PCZ single stage

heavy hammer crusher with large feed size, small

discharge size, integrate two stages crushing into

single stage. It can crush materials from

300mm-1200mm directly to 0-60mm, replaces

the jaw crusher and impact crusher, reduces

PXJ fine crusher

PXJ fine crusher, sand maker characteristics:

Small discharge size, even particles, large capacity, long

lifetime of the hammers, little power involved; change

two stage crushing into single stage, simplified flow chart,

simple structure, easy maintenance, stable running, etc.

It is very suitable for limestone, coal, gypsum, new

building materials, etc

The investment is 35%-50% lower than the same size of

the traditional technique and equipments; (take

limestone as an example: the crushed product size less

than 5mm account for 85%). Long-run maintenance

costs would be 35%-50% lower than the traditional

DPC single-stage series fine crushers

DPC single-stage series fine crushers are widely used

for crushing basic industrial raw materials like limestone,

gypsum, coal, duns, coke, land waste, shale, etc. It has

many advantages such as large feed size, small

discharging size, long time life of hammers, large capacity,

easy maintenance, low operation cost, etc.

Large materials are fed into the crushing chamber, and are

stockpiled on the special middle carrier in the machine, the

hammer runs between the space of the carrier and

smashes the big pieces of materials continually; the falling

small pieces of materials are smashed by high rotating

speed hammers, the fine crushed materials enter into

grating grid, and finally come out from the discharge

opening.

It is a new technology, and widely used in mining,

cement, coal, metallurgy, highway, fuel and other

industries. The particle size can be changed by

adjusting the screen meshes according different

users' requirements.

PCH Ring hammer crusher Working principle

the main working part of this is the rotor with a hammer(or hammer head), which consists of

spindle, hammer and other parts. The motor drives the rotor spinning with high-speed in the cavity,

and the materials needed to crush are conveyed into the cavity from the inlet, and being crushed

by high-speed movement of the hammer blowing and impact, squeezing, and grinding among the

materials. There is a screen plate at the bottom of the rotor, which can screen the crushed

materials: materials size smaller than the sieve can come out through the sieve, while the

materials with bigger size than than the sieve will still be shot and grinded bu the hammer, and

finally be discharged out from the plate

Ball mill

Ball mill Structure:

Ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small

driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner

is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped

with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable

working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are

dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.

Ball mill Working Principle:

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are

transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and

ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused

by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials.

The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is

finished.

FG Spiral classifiers

Spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore

in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit

in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal

ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing.

This product features simple structure, reliable working

conditions and convenient operation. Because different

grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation

XJK Flotation Machine

Flotation machine is applicable for the separation of

nonferrous metal and ferrous metals, such as fluorite

and talc. The impeller is driven by V-belts, which can

bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure.

While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, the

machine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to

form mineralized froth.

By adjusting the height of the flash board to control, the

liquid level, the useful froth can be scraped from the

loam board. The height of the strobe must be adjusted carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid

level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should be kept at a

distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every

three months.

NZ Centre drive concentrator

NZ (S) type (also called TNZ type) centre drive concentrator is

earlier traditional concentrated equipments, machines diameter

less than 12m work in manual condition, machines above 12m in

general way, using electric lift rake device. Large concentrator

usually adopts the concrete pool and have overload instructions

or alarm device. This machine structure is simple with small

wear, easy maintenance.

filtering use.

1. Product Characteristics

GW out-cylinder filter, belonging to common normal filter, is

mainly used for filtering fine granularity and requests the

product for low aqueous pulp, through adjusted motor to

realize stepless speed. It has characters such as simple

structure, low price, easy use easy maintenance, less easy

worn parts etc.

Dry magnetic separator

The Dry Magnetic Separator is one kind of efficient

equipment for processing fine, feebly magnetic

minerals, such as hematite, limonite, wolfram,

limonite, and tantalum-niobium, etc. Its magnetic

system is a ring-shape chain closed magnetic

circuit with energizing coils made of copper tube

and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates

made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are

used as magnetic matrix. It possesses the following

advantages: short magnetic circuit, little magnetic

flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, fine beneficiating results, simple

structure and easy to maintain.
