NOTICE is hereby given that on the 16 th day of July 2014 Pembrokeshire County Councilmade the above mentioned experimental Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984("the Act"). The effect of the experimental Order will be to suspend the one way orderaffecting that length of the B4327 between Castle Way and the access to the car park, and allowtwo way traffic flow to operate.The Order will come into operation on Monday 28th July 2014 and the scheme monitoredand reviewed over a period of approximately 6 weeks to enable a decision to be made as towhether two way flow is to be retained permanently or for one way flow to be reinstated.A copy of the Order together with a map showing the length of road affected may be examinedat the offices of Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, during the usualoffice hours. During the duration of the experiment any objections to making the Orderpermanent should be made in writing to the address below stating the grounds on which theyare made.Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained init on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds thatany requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with inrelation to the Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made apply tothe High Court for this purpose.
