If you booked an alternative venue while your usual venue was out of service, please cancel the booking so we can allocate that space to the Mary Lockett and FJ Clark users.

Facilities Management
• All repair work needs to be logged with [email protected]. Over 280 work orders to date.
• Damaged equipment that needs urgent replacement requires a quotation for replacement in line with the UWA Purchasing Policy.
• Damaged Electrical Equipment should be tested by Building Services, Electrical Department
• Damaged Computer Equipment should be Tested and Tagged by ITS. Requests for Testing and Tagging should be made directly to ITS by email [email protected]
• Damaged equipment will need to be taken to a central point organized locally by your Business/School Manager.
Insurance matters
• More than 150 reports to insurance office
• Buildings – glass and water damage reported
• Water logged equipment (report it to your School & tag )
• Vehicles – significant damage to 60+ Uni vehicles.
• Research project impacts
• Damage registers collated at school level and submitted to [email protected]
• Incident reported to major research grant funders
• Send any insurance questions to [email protected]
• Private vehicles are not covered by the University insurance.

• Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students should contact the Graduate Research School if affected.
