AbstractDuring these exciting times, organizations are subjected to
countless conflicting forces, challenging the strength and stability or the entire structure. Old rules, beliefs and processes are tested on their validity, soundness and applicability.
As old paradigms succumb to new perceptions, new analyses and understandings emerge. But not after inflicting flesh and deep wounds to the survivors.
With these as the backdrop of existing companies, what must the leadership do. Fight head-on like a phalanx of soldiers rushing against volleys of gunfire? Or do nothing but freeze and hibernate while letting the winter pass.
