CONDUCTIVITY
Permeation barrier
Polyethylene
Conductive layer
The KPS pipe is rated for 25 bar continuous pressure, well over the operating pressures usually applied.
The permeation barrier ensures that hydrocarbons do not permeate through the pipe wall.
The conductive inner layer eliminates static charging that otherwise would occur in a plastic pipe.

Installation
All transitions from plastic to steel are made with stainless steel compression fittings. A range of fittings are available to connect or manifold pipes in a manner suitable for each specific installation.
LPG installers quickly learn how to install the KPS LPG Pipe System™. The pipe is rolled out in one continuous length from end to end, where it is connected to the tank and to the dispensers.
Pressure and tightness test is performed before backfill to ensure complete integrity of the installed system.
Training and SupportKPS provides training for all installers of the KPS LPG Pipe System™. The training can be combined with on-site support during the first installation. All certified KPS LPG installers are registered in the global KPS certification database.
Easy to InstallThe KPS LPG pipe is easily rolled out into the trenches of the station from end to end, and then connected to the tank and to the dispensers. No welding is needed.
Unique CE ApprovalThe KPS LPG Pipe System™ is the only LPG pipe that is CE approved to the European Directive 97/23/EC on pressure equipment and complies with the relevant requirements in EN 14678-2, EN 13163-1, EN 13445-3 and EN 12201.
The KPS LPG pipe is completely corrosion free. Steel pipes and other pipes may corrode both on the outside and on the inside, creating problems with particles damaging the dispensers, and possible leakages into the soil. KPS now provides a solution to this problem.
Connection with flange. The pipe is bent 90 de-grees on site using the bending tool for vertical entry under tank or dispenser.
Stainless steel elbow for horizontal entry under tank or dispenser. Transition made either with 90 degree stainless steel elbow or directly at the threaded insert fitting.
Stainless steel tee for in-line connection to dispenser.
