    Chances are you have a decent amount of traffic coming in, but you may not be

    converting that traffic effectively. Consider every brand placement on the web as

    an entry point into your sales funnel. Start looking at the points were

    people who are ultimately interested in different things. For example, if you are a

    weight-loss coach you may have one sequence specifically designed for people

    You need to focus on building your online tribe, but in a way that creates a surge of

    thousands of qualified leads, rather than random email optins, or handfuls of email

    business is working all day AND all night, which sucks for your quality of life.

    If you are in this position, you may want to work one-on-one with a private mentor

    who has a proven plan for you to get to you to your goals, and can keep you laser

    focused and accountable.

    For example, if your goal is to serve clients through your 6 month program and

    charge high-end clients $500-$1000 a month, you need to be willing to BE a

    high-end client first, and work a mentor who can help you get those clients. If your

    number #1 goal is to get clients, you DON’T want to work with a mentor on writing

    a business plan, especially if you don’t intend to raise venture capital or get a bank

    loan. Furthermore, if you don’t have any clients, you won’t be attractive to investors

    or lending institutions anyway. Avoid doing anything that is “administrative” or

    “organizational” that will cost you money, eat up your time but not get you clients.

    In order to work with a private mentor, you will need to set aside a meaningful budget

    to work with a qualified expert for an extended period of time (6 months to 1 year).
