Residential property prices in the London Borough of Kingston

upon Thames have fallen 1.9% in the 12 months to November

2018. Looking further back, average house prices in the

Borough are presently 66.0% higher than 10 years ago.

Housing Stock

At present 29.0% of the housing stock is in the Private Rented

Sector (PRS), with 65.4% owner-occupied, and 3.8% social

housing.

Rental Markets

Average monthly rents in the borough are £1,355, with rents in
