High performancein compact size

Lokotrack LT110 combines performance and transportabilitywithout compromising durability and reliability. LT110 is thehighest performing jaw crusher unit on the market that canbe transported between sites without the need to dismantleany major parts. (Notice, though, that transport regulationsmay vary between different countries).

The nominal Nordberg C110 jaw crusher feed opening is1100x850 mm (34x44 in).

Transportability means that the LT110 is particularly well-suitedto high capacity contract crushing, either as a stand-alone unit,together with a mobile screen or with secondary and tertiaryLT units.

Everything on board

The Lokotrack LT110 incorporates everything that is necessaryfor high powered mobile crushing: a strong undercarriage,sturdy jaw crusher, feed hopper, feeder and conveyors, a reliableengine and a wide range of optional equipment.

The proven C Series jaw crusher Nordberg C110 features arobust non-welded, pinned and bolted structure, manufacturedof special high quality steel for long life. The LT125 can be operated as a stand-alone unit or inconjunction with secondary and tertiary Lokotrack units as amulti-stage operation. It can also be combined with an LLSeries mobile conveyor system to eliminate truck haulage ofthe primary crushed material.

The high capacity and robust design of the Lokotrack LT140make it particularly well suited for use in large quarries and inother open pit operations. It is the most widely used primaryunit in connection with LL Series mobile conveyors.

Lokotrack LT140 incorporates the second biggest jaw crusherfor mobile applications, C140, with the following superiorfeatures: a big 1400x1070 mm (42 x 55 in) nominal feedopening, an 2.1 metre (83 in.) fixed jaw and a sturdy structure.

Perfect match withthe mobile conveying system

Lokotrack LT140 and LL are a perfect match with a proven trackrecord of effective cost reduction. Working together as a mobileplant, Lokotrack LT140 and the LL Series mobile conveyor carrythe material crushed by the primary unit via a field conveyorto secondary crushing. The LL conveyors can follow the primaryunit as it moves along the quarry face and can easily be movedto a safe distance from the face for blasting.

Given the easy maneouvrability of the Nordberg LL mobileconveyor, breaks in production caused by blasting areminimised. Lokotrack LT1415 features a larger intake opening than theLT1315. This means it is ideally suited for high capacity in-pitcrushing applications, either as a stand-alone unit or togetherwith a mobile screen or with secondary and tertiary LT units.

Maximum feed size up to 1000 mm

The NP1415 impact crusher’s intake opening is 1540x1320mm (60x52 in), allowing a maximum feed size of up to 1000mm (40 in).

Like all other NP Series impact crushers, the NP1415 is easyand safe to maintain. The same hydraulic power unit opensthe frame and adjusts the liners. Protected doors located allaround the crusher frame provide easy access to the interiorof the crusher. The NP crusher hammers are also easy tochange.

Available as LT1415LL mobile conveyor model
