Living and Non-living things Kindergarten Science ODE Standards
-Living things include anything that is alive or has ever been
alive. Living things have specific characteristics and traits.
Living things grow and reproduce. Living things are found almost
everywhere in the world. There are somewhat different kinds in
different places. ISTE Standards -Promote, support, and model
creative and innovative thinking and inventiveness -. Design or
adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools
and resources to promote student learning and creativity Students
are expected to tell me what the things are on the slides when
asked. In addition I will ask what makes those things living or
non-living items.

Living and non-living definition Living things include,
mammals, reptiles, amphibians, arthropods, birds, and more. Living
things are active, they eat, they grow, they breathe, and can
reproduce. Non-living things are inactive, do not eat, and do not
reproduce. They are usually not moving unless a living thing moves
them.

spending most of their time in the sky. Living things also get
their food in many ways. They can find it on their own, get fed, or
