Leeds Pounds can only be spent in independent, Leeds-based traders who
sign-up to the scheme. This means that the money stays within local businesses and
communities, supporting your highstreet.
Anybody can exchange sterling notes for printed Leeds Pounds at any of the
access points, with £1 = £L1.
The Access points will grow as more people use the Leeds Pound Scheme.

HOW TO JOIN THE SCHEME?
Step 1 Go to our Open an Account page and
enter your email address and confirm it in theboxes provided.
Step 2 You will be sent an email to verify your
email address. Click on the link in the email to take you to the online application form on the
Bristol Credit Union website.
Step 3 Fill in the application form and select
an initial amount of sterling that you wish to
