The aim of this program is to support schoolleaders through the development of reciprocalmentoring opportunities. The program seeks tobuild relationships that are a partnership –collaborating to make sense of the partners’individual experiences.

Participants are supported over 6 months todevelop skills in using questioning in dialogue,through supportive relationships, to create newways of thinking, seeing, and doing.
