Dear fellow AIESECer,Thank you for taking the time to read through this little application. Once you have made the decision to be a member of the EB team and leader of the wholefunction.It has been 2 years already since I joined AIESEC. I would have never imagined myself becoming the leader of an organization. I think I have taken my leap ayear ago. Since that day I applied for LCVP FiG, I have become someone who believes that doing something for someone is a lot more than doing somethingfor myself. Making positive impact on the society is what we do in AIESEC. But this journey to change the society is not an easy mission to fulfill.It has been more than 5 years since AIESEC NUM is established. And it is our responsibility to continue the legacy that our predecessors left and start our ownLegacy. Being a part of the leadership body in 2015-16 is a big opportunity for us, because it is the end of AIESEC 2015 and start of AIESEC 2020.

1. Role Purpose
VP ER will start the ER functional operations in AIESEC NUM for the first time. ER’s focus will be University relations, Alumni relations, Partnership
Management, Synergy within AIESEC and with other organisations,
2. LCVP ER Responsibilities and bottomlines:
• Being able to work for minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Attending all National and Local Conferences: Recruitment conference, Induction, Local Conference, GV, WNLDS & SYLC etc.
• University relations - improving partnership and relationship with National University of Mongolia and expanding to new Universities.
• Partnership Management – find strategical process projects for AIESEC NUM
• Alumni relations – Establishing alumni relations
• Synergy and alignment with iGiP – synergize and align the ER principles and operations with ICX team for the Partnership and Universities.

Introduction to LCVP ICXOverview for the position
ICX’s main focus is to turn Incoming exchange into AIESEC NUM’s main star product. LCVP ICX will be developing sales strategies for different
corporate segments, and develop products accordingly, both in iGiP and iGCDP. LCVP ICX is also responsible for ICX sales education in the LC, as well as
taking part in recruitment planning and execution of potential core performers and star sellers.
Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure the ICX operations develop sustainably
2. To exponentially grow iGiP and kick-start iGCDP while optimizing the development of every single one of its participants (TN takers and interns) and
turning them into friends of AIESEC Mongolia.
3. To streamline and innovate upon our internal business processes for iGIP to deliver the best possible experience to every customers and partners..
4. To manage both national and international partnerships to deliver maximum value to iGIP and iGCDP.
